METAL OXIDE VARISTORS are designed to protect various types of electronic devices and semiconductor elements from switching and induced lightning surges.. They provide 9 widely varying voltage and withstanding surge current ratings. Products are available in 7 sizes from 5mm - 20mm disc sizes and voltages from 8V-82OV. All devices have UL/CSA/VDE approvals. Also available as SMD chips in sizes 3225 and 4032 in voltages from 14V to 385V. TRANSIENT VOLTAGE SUPPRESSORS (TVS) are constructed with low leakage glass passivated chips with high energy absorption capability, Peak power levels range from 400-5000 Watts.
